How to install & Run BBM on PC

BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) is a proprietary Internet-based instant messenger and videotelephony application. It was developed by the manufacturer of the BlackBerry, BlackBerry Limited (formerly known as Research In Motion Limited (RIM)). It was released to Android a few days ago. Follow the tutorial to Install BBM on your PC.

Requirements:

1.Android SDK
Download and extract Android SDK bundle from this linkHERE
2.BBM APK
Download and extract BBM Apk from this link

Instructions to Setup BBM:

1.Go to the extracted adt-bundle folder. Open SDK Manager.exe
2.In the opened window select Tools -> Manange AVDs…
3.Create a new Android Virtual Device with RAM greater than 512 MB and then start the created Virtual Device.

4.Copy the downloaded BBM.apk file to path [Extracted Folder]/sdk/platform-tools/
such that the file should be /sdk/platform-tools/BBM.apk
5.Now move to the folder /sdk/platform-tools/ using file explorer.
6.Select File->Open Command Prompt within the platform-tools folder(for windows 8).
 Press and hold the Shift key and right click on the platform-tools folder  and click on Open Command Window Here(for windows 7).
7.Now enter the command in the command prompt.
adb install BBM.apk

8.Wait for some minutes. Now BBM will be installed in your Virtual Device . Open the BBM app from the App launcher.


Enjoy BBM on your PC. :)

Today we are going to see How to install backtrack  5 on Smartphones and tablets which run on android.For this we have certain Required. Ofcourse the main will be the Android smartphone with 2.1+. Though I recommend 4.0+.In my case ill be using Micromax a110 smartphone.


Requirements:

1.Back | track 5 Arm architecture which can be downloaded from the official website of the Back | track Here.
2.A smartphone/tablet which needs to be rooted since it requires root permission to run certain scripts. (micromax a110 as example)
3.Following Android Apps:
BUSYBOX : It acts like a installer and uninstaller.it needs root permission to run.it has gpu cores and can  run linux kernals on android . Link  
Superuser: This app just grants a superuser power to your phone just like “su” does for linux. Link
Terminal Emulator is app that runs a terminal console in android .Link
AndroidVNC is a tool for viewing VNC in Android. Link

Installation:

1.Extract the backtrack folder “BT5-GNOME-ARM” to folder named “BT5” on the root of sd.That’s the top level of the SD card. 
2.Open up the Terminal Emulator

3.Type the command “cd sdcard/BT5”
4.Run this command and you will see root@localhost.
su
sh bootbt 
5. Now lets run Backtrack GUI with VNC viewer
 startvnc

6. Open android vnc
Nickname : BT5
Password : toortoor
Address : 127.0.0.1
Port : 5901
 7.Click the connect Button and Boom here is your Pentest machine :D

Create bootable USB from Ultra-Iso

In one of my previous article I wrote How to create a bootable Windows 7 USB flash drive Manually. But many people find the CMD method a little complicated. So there is an easy to use tool called UltraISO which makes the job very easy, many of you may already be using UltraISO.

There is no doubt that UltraISO is one of the finest software available to create and burn ISO files. There are also options to create bootable CD/DVDs and edit ISO files in the software. But did you know that you can even use UltraISO software to create a bootable USB to install Windows 7 or Windows 8 from USB flash drive?

Here is how to use UltraISO software to create bootable USB drive:

Step 1: Download and install UltraISO software on your PC. Even though UltraISO is a paid software, you can download the free 30-day trial version to make your USB bootable.

Step 2: The next step is to run UltraISO trial version with admin rights. Right-click on the UltraISO software shortcut on the desktop or Start menu entry, and select Run as administrator option. If you are prompted with Register Now screen, click Continue to Try.. button to use the trial version.


Step 3: In the home screen, click File > Open option to browse to your Windows 7 or Windows 8 ISO file.

Step 4: Next, in the home screen of UltraISO, click on Bootable menu and then click Write Disk Image option to launch Write Disk Image dialog box.

Step 5: In the Write Disk Image dialog, select the Disk Drive as your USB flash drive, select the write method as USB-HDD before hitting the Format button. It will then launch Format Removable Disk dialog, where you need to simply click Start button to begin formatting the flash drive. Please backup all data from the USB device before hitting the Format button.

Step 6: Once the format is done, click Write button and then click Yes for the warning prompt to start the process. When the writing is finished, you will see Burn Successful message event list. Close UltraISO software and connect your USB to a machine to start installing Windows.
